Request to Gain Access to an Event - Fill out the online form below

If a custom letter from an Assignment Editor at Picture Stock Worldwide is required, complete the online form below. The cost is $15 USD per event and we will send you an invoice by email once you submit your form below. Once you pay the invoice, your letter will be processed and sent out. 

Note: You must have a valid Picture Stock World Press Pass in order to have a media letter sent out on your behalf.

NOTE: Photographers MUST shoot any event with a professional DSLR camera(s) with a variety of lenses.

A copy of the custom letter will be sent to media relations person that you indicate on the form below for the event you wish to cover and a copy will also be sent to you by email from Picture Stock Worldwide for your records. The earlier you submit this form prior to the event you wish to cover, the greater your chances will be to gain entry into the event. Picture Stock Worldwide does not guarantee you will gain entry to any event as a result of Picture Stock Worldwide submitting a letter on your behalf. It is the decision of the event organizers to permit entry to any photographer, journalist or media personal to cover their event. The $15 USD fee must be paid whether an entry is permitted or not. Picture Stock Worldwide will send out your letter within 1-2 business days (in most cases) of receiving your completed form and payment. Picture Stock Worldwide, Inc and our partners waive all forms of liability to the journalist while in route to an event, covering the event or returning from the event. Liability insurance is the responsibility of the photographer / journalist. Journalists are required to obtain their own liability insurance for each event. We do not rent, sell, trade, barter or share any of your information with anyone ever Guaranteed!
